These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of moonplix.com and to every order placed on it with Moonplix (“we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products
We describe our products and their ingredients as accurately as we can. Product photos are for illustration, and packaging may change from time to time. Moonplix products are cosmetics and personal care products, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Please read the label, do a patch test before first use and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment partner, and cash on delivery on eligible PIN codes. If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email or message. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect misuse or fraud. Any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for all activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.
Use of the website
Do not misuse the website, attempt to access it without permission, or copy its content, images, product descriptions or brand without our written consent. All content on this website belongs to Moonplix.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest, relate to a product you have used and must not contain offensive or unlawful content. We may remove reviews that do not follow these rules.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered office.
