- Order details: the products you buy, order value, payment method and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment partner’s secure page – we never see or store them.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: device and browser type, pages visited and similar information collected through cookies.

- To process, pack, ship and support your orders, including sending order and delivery updates.
- To reply to your questions and handle returns, refunds and complaints.
- To send hair care tips and offers – only if you have subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with
