Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days depending on your PIN code; metro cities are usually faster. Delivery can take a little longer during sales, festivals or for remote areas.

Yes. We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners.

Open the Track Order page and enter your order number and billing email. You can also see every order under My Account → Orders, or message us your order number on WhatsApp.

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders above our free-shipping amount – shown in the top bar and in your cart – ship free.

You can pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking and wallets through our secure payment partner. Cash on delivery is available on most PIN codes.

Yes, on most PIN codes. If cash on delivery is available for your address, you will see it as a payment option at checkout.

Yes. Payments are processed by our secure payment partner over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card or UPI PIN details.

For hygiene reasons opened or used products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or expired, or you receive the wrong product, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Once a refund is approved, it is sent to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. For cash on delivery orders we refund by UPI or bank transfer.

Yes, any time before it is shipped. Message us on WhatsApp or use the Contact page with your order number. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping are refunded in full.

Warm a little oil between your palms, part your hair and apply it to the scalp and lengths. Massage with your fingertips for 5–10 minutes, leave it on for at least 1–2 hours or overnight, then wash with a mild shampoo. Use it 2–3 times a week.

Yes. Do a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before using any new oil or product, and 48 hours before every use of Black Hair Color Gel. Stop using a product if you notice irritation.
